Private and or group sessions are tailored to the individual and group needs.  With her backgrounds in Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and Tantra, Brittany draws from a wide skill base to personalize the experience per person.  She will enhance flexibility and openness to areas of the body that have tightened up, and use specific postures and poses to provide strength and structure to areas of the body that are weak and collapsing.
